Glen’s Auto has saved my family and me so much money. They also have earned my trust completely because they have really shown that they are trying to help you and not just take your money. I had to have the catalytic converter replaced twice in my car, and they made sure that I talk to the dealership and manufacturer first for warranties and also just manufacturing issues. Also, with my car that was over-consuming oil, they always communicated well with me and frequently to get my car checked out and gave me head’s up about things that could be done now or later. They’re wonderful people. I can’t say enough about them and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Glen’s Auto.

We were so pleased with this place and its employees. We took our car in for inspection after it had failed at another shop. The other shop gave us horrible attitude about wanting to do work ourselves and didn’t seem to be very honest, so we decided to take it to Glen’s Auto to finish the inspection instead of returning to them. I’m so glad that we did. Instead of nitpicking for minor and expensive fixes like the previous shop, they pointed out some extremely important (albeit cheaper) issues that needed to be addressed immediately, which the last shop had completely failed to mention. We were able to fix the issues ourselves with no push back from the shop. When it comes time and we are able to get more extensive work done, we will definitely be going here! This team is so respectful, honest, and thorough. I would recommend them to anybody.

I was very impressed with the friendly and professional staff at Glen’s. Great at communicating the issues and possible fixes. My daughter’s car had a lot of suspension damage and they helped me identify the critical fixes first, and leaving routine (recommended) maintenance items until later, since there was so much to fix first. I appreciate that the work was done relatively quickly and for a fair and reasonable cost for the amount of work and parts (new brakes, new suspension components, etc. etc. Hanna and Branden were great to deal with, and I will be back when one of the cars needs work.

I scheduled an annual inspection, along with a couple of direct concerns. Like all my visits in the past. Inspection and issues where addressed seamlessly ! Leaving me with great SOLACE ! Hats off to Glens Auto, and staff !!!!! I scheduled a second appointment, with Wiyet and mechanics, at Glenn’s automotive. My concerns were, uneven tire wear. They Annalised the problem being right side ball joints, along with some exhaust issues. Repaired mentioned, rotated tires. Along with a 4 wheel alignment. Had my car fail inspection at another shop for an exhaust leak so got that fixed and decided to bring it to glens to finish the inspection. Glens ended up finding a seized caliper that the first shop didn’t see, ended up noticing a brake fluid flush was needed when the first shop didn’t, noticed a side marker light was out when the first shop didn’t. Altogether satisfied with the experience, they are very thorough and do what they can to help make the experience easier.

I had a safety inspection and an oil change. They send you a link to an estimate via text message, complete with required repairs, recommended repairs, pictures, prices for everything. You can click applicable boxes for each item and the price you’re quoted is the price they charge. I had a good experience. Would recommend.

I have been taking vehicles I own to Glen’s Auto for nearly 30 years. I’ve always received prompt, efficient, and professional service at a reasonable price. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

We came to Glenn’s auto for the very first time to get a oil change and with that came complementary multipoint inspection. Scheduling was easy. Staff was very nice, when the work was done, they called me timely. I came for my car and the front desk was very pleasant. I had lots of goodies in my car. Some treats and magnets and pen! *Edited 5/23/25* After leaving this my original review, Wyatt called me up to talk to me about my review. He took full responsibility on the shop not taking the time to thoroughly address my concern with the noise that I was hearing. He went out of his way to try to right the situation as best as he could and I greatly appreciate his efforts and attentiveness. I’ll start with the good about Glens -I like how you can schedule service online and the text/email updates -The person who I spoke to on the phone while my vehicle was in the shop was knowledgeable and kept me up to date with everything they were doing to try to solve the issue Now for the bad: I have never taken a vehicle here before and honestly only booked an appointment with them because Southern stables was farther booked out (who I have used) and needed the issue to be fixed sooner. Based on their reviews I figured I’d give them a shot. The issue with my wife’s chevy equinox was the Stabil Trak and power steering light were coming on and off driving home in the rain. They spent 3-4 days diagnosing the issue and let me know what they found out and it was ready for pickup (I also had them do the yearly inspection while it was there). I go at lunch time to pick it up, drive back home (I live less than a mile away) and noticed a clunking noise coming from the front passenger side. Also they left the passenger side interior kick panel not attached all the way (it was hanging down). I didn’t have time to take it back so my wife ran it back up to have them check out the noise and fix the panel. They reattached the panel and gave a quick noise is good to go and off she went. She told me she still heard the noise (this was on 5/15/2025) on her way home. I had to go that night up to York and it made the clunking noise to and from York. I took it Friday morning (5/16/2025) first thing for them to check it out to see what the noise was and I even recorded a video of the noise (windows up) where you can hear the clunking. The tech took it for a spin and put it on the lift and his conclusion was that the strut is old and needs replaced which is causing the banging (I thought it was weird that it didn’t make the noise before taking it there but whatever). The woman working the counter also made sure to mention that “the safety inspection will pass with bad struts because they aren’t considered safety issues”. Ok fine whatever, I ask so is it safe to drive like that and she told me yes. I drive the equinox back home. Saturday 5/17/2025 I hop in the equinox to drive down to Annapolis to dj a prom. Still making the clunking noise, but now on RT 50 I start hearing a ting ting ting noise and then a noise of something falling off. When I apply the brake I can feel vibration. I go to pull off to the shoulder to see what is going on and the brakes are making a lot of noises and then all the sudden the front passenger wheel locks up as I come to a stop. Now I have to scramble to get my dj gear to the prom (thankfully I was only 2 miles a way and was able to get there on time from one of the people in charge). Had the equinox towed back home (650 dollars later), jacked the equinox up and took the wheel out (tire blew out when it came to a stop as well) and low and behold, the top bolt from the caliber bracket had came out, resulting in the the bracket to shift to the right which caught the wheel and cracked the rim. Ended up getting a new rim, new tire and new bolts for the caliber. Got everything put back together and guess what, no clunking noise. So thanks Glens for addressing my concerns about the clunking noise with so much concern and care. Since you guys acknowledge the noise but were so quick to say it was a strut instead of actually diagnosing the issue (which I would have been fine leaving the car there to be properly diagnosed) you guys ended up costing me close to a extra thousand dollars with the “yeah it is safe to drive”. Congratulations on giving a great first impression experience to a customer you’ll never get to come back.

I called Glen’s Auto and spoke with Wyatt, he was so personable and spoke to me like we known each other for years, with this being said I knew I was going there. I can’t say enough good about our experience. I dropped my car off, they inspected it and contacted me to tell me what they found. There was no trying to nickel and dime me for a lot of repairs. They were upfront, honest, sent me pictures and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I dropped off three cars back to back and they did the same for all. I can’t believe how I got so lucky, I would highly recommend his shop to anyone. They’re located off S. Main Street in Shrewsbury, Pa. Also, you have to meet Hannah, what a sweetheart! She is a great representative for their business, she has dynamite customer service (which is very hard to find), her personality speaks volumes. I use to work at a great shop and never thought I would find one like it and I did. If your looking for a honest place with a lot of wonderful service try Glen’s Auto, you will not regret your decision. Also, I wanted to add they were very reasonable with their prices something else you don’t always find.

Went for state inspection on F250HD which some shops in the area cannot do because of lift rating. Online scheduling tool is fantastic. Night drop available although their extended hours made it so that I didn’t need it. Fair inspection completed timely – no unnecessary sales (which has not been my experience with other shops). Will do business again.

Making the appointment was easy using their website. I was able to get one with much wait. They were professional and greeted me as soon as I stepped in the door. He quoted me a solid price for the work. They had it done quickly and in time. Will definitely be returning. Great experience.

The customer service and interaction with the repair team at Glen’s auto is very professional and accurate! Their scheduling system and timely communications about repairs and costs is the best I’ve seen locally in the last 23 years living in Shrewsbury.

Clear communication on what this issue was and the urgency of each issue. We fixed the immediate needs and received an estimate for the future work recommended. Trying to keep the 2005 Suburban alive and the shop worked with me to achieve that goal. .

My family has a fleet of 5 cars. All of them inspected and maintained by my friends at Glens Auto. Specifically. Hannah is a gem. Recently I have two emergency situations. 1 was my starter in my truck. Second we’re my rear brakes. Both situations came at a terrible time and with a 2 week backlog. Hannah said just drop it off and we will work it in. On both occasions Glens auto completed the work the same day and it was done correctly. Thank you for being such a great partner in keeping our fleet on the road. Honest. Hard working. Thorough.
